Thanks! Great to meet you.
In my own way, I still DO work at Google, in a VERY non-traditional way. My team is called Organic Recruitment. However, I am the class of worker which is fed rather than hired. Organic Recruitment's specialty is developing a work ladder and placements for this class of worker, which exists, can accomplish distinctly different things from a formal hire, and needs to be recognized more formally. Pre-COVID, Google by way of its employee guest meals and public events had provided over 1/60 of my diet, with 1/60 being a metric of significant presence/composition deep-rooted in Jewish Talmudic tradition. Since COVID, the informal culture of providing food has really changed, so it is even more important for our class of worker to be recognized by this and other companies. What do you think?
