One Medium writer I recommend is Benya Clark. He writes a lot about his new life completely without alcohol. Going without alcohol and replacing it with other things has become a routine for him, to stay disciplined on. He’s found a Medium niche, writing about personal discipline from this angle, which so many people need advice and stories about. I wonder how many people’s lives he has saved through their reading of his writing? Alcoholism and even driving while intoxicated, can kill. We’ll never know.
