Yep. What I had in mind is outward across the Diaspora, to places like where you're in. Or in the Palestinian territories, moving in as neighbors rather than settlers. There are some Jews who did that in places like Ramallah. Where do you live?
I'm not so much thinking about NYC, but about other parts of the USA that I used to live in. There are plenty of Jews in NYC and we do need those other resources to expand not only within the city to neighborhoods where we don't have as strong a footprint as we should (AOC's district, for example), but also to other parts of the world.
I mean, it's simple. Round up the donors. Round up the marketers. Write the grants. And get the marketing campaign out. It's not insurmountable.
